Start in supported child’s pose and gradually make the class more active with sun salutations closer to the end of class.

For a class of students who are a mix of rajasic, tamasic and sattvic energy, what would be an appropriate sequence to support the students to come to a sattvic state?

It’s impossible, don’t even try.
Offer a balanced class, with both calming and energising practices, with variations for each pose or practice that either reduce tamas or rajas.
Only offer standing poses.
Only offer seated poses.
