Music for flowing yoga. Starts with a chilled beat then slows down to relaxing tracks. Best suited to a yoga studio or somewhere where students are open to world music.

Restorative Yoga Playlist

Music for restorative or gentle yoga. Play in order, or shuffle the tracks.

Breathing Space Album

This whole album by Sacred Earth is delightful background music for a yoga class. This is the background music in the studio yoga class you'll find in the training.
