YOGA CLASSES

On this page you’ll find three different yoga classes, designed for different settings.

The classes are filmed as if you are a student in a live class with me.  You can see not only the postures and practices I teach, but also the way I create a safe container and utilise therapeutic skills in a face-to-face class.  It's like you're attending one of the classes I teach in my local area.

There are many ways to bring the principles of Mental Health Aware Yoga into your classes.  These videos show three different ways, depending on the setting, but there are very many more ways to do this.  I hope that you'll find your own way of bringing the principles of Mental Health Health Aware Yoga into your own teaching.

In your assignments, you'll be invited to try these classes out and reflect on your experience.

Please only try classes and practices that are suitable for your individual constitution and capacity.  Listen to your body and be sure to practice in accordance with your needs.
