Embodied Yoga Practices
Dr Lauren Tober will guide you through a series of gentle yet powerful yoga sessions. These sessions are carefully designed to regulate your nervous system, reconnect with your body, increase self-awareness, and promote relaxation. You don't need to be a yoga expert; this workshop is suitable for all levels, from beginners to experienced practitioners.
Psychological Insights
As a clinical psychologist, Dr Lauren Tober will share valuable insights into the science of the nervous system and its relationship with mental health. You'll gain a deeper understanding of how stress impacts your well-being and learn evidence-based techniques to regulate and manage your nervous system more effectively.
Breath work and Mindfulness
You'll explore various breath work and mindfulness practices that help calm the mind and reduce the fight-or-flight response. These tools can be used in your daily life to manage stress and enhance emotional resilience.
Embodied Awareness

You don't need to be a yoga expert, this workshop is suitable for all levels, from beginners to experienced practitioners.
We encourage a beginner’s mind.
Please also note that while Dr Lauren Tober is a Clinical Psychologist, this workshop is not a psychological service nor a professional training, and you will not receive a Medicare rebate nor a certificate of completion. However, as Lauren is a registered Clinical Psychologist with AHPRA, a Senior Yoga Teacher with Yoga Australia and an E-RYT® 500 with Yoga Alliance, participants may be able to claim CPD points for their relevant profession (please check in with your individual registering body).
